Beginning

Davis Erection was founded in 1978 by Sherry and Jeff Davis to perform structural steel erection and rebar installation. From the onset, their foremost goal was to provide unmatched customer service and the highest quality of work with knowledgeable, experienced craftsmen at a competitive cost. Jeff Davis has stated, "Our success has been consistently hiring quality people, providing them with the best tools, equipment and training, and allowing them the opportunity to perform". This basic philosophy is still adhered to today.

Davis Rebar, Inc., a division of Davis Erection, formed in 2002, provides skill and expertise in erection of reinforcing steel, including single and multi-story structures, manufacturing plants, warehouses, metal buildings, office buildings, parking garages, power plants and bridges.

Throughout the years, our management team has completed large and small projects with high success rates due to our dedication in serving our customers with quality performance. Our project management team averages over twenty years of experience in reinforcing steel and pre-cast erection. The management team also includes a full time Structural Engineer and a full time Safety Director. With quality Ironworkers as members of the Davis team, we have the craftsmen available to assure performance. With the assistance of our other offices, we have additional forces available with a reputation of "getting the job done".

Davis Rebar, Inc. is a recognized leader in the industry with our commitment to safety, training and performance. Our proactive approach to business is evident in our safety and training program. Davis Rebar requires 100% drug testing as well as random drug testing of all employees; all field craftsmen are required to take ten hour OSHA certification training and supervisors are required to take thirty hour OSHA certification training; and we provide and require the use of full body harnesses for fall protection.

We furnish a full array of safety equipment including establishing site specific safety programs for each operation. Maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel at a jobsite is a primary goal for all jobsites. Our success results from planning ahead and communication.

Davis Rebar, Inc. can provide detailed erection and manpower schedules; offer manpower commitments to assure experienced craftsmen are available; dedicate a knowledgeable management team with proven experience in rebar and pre-cast erection; involve the project superintendent and erection foremen in the analysis process; include safety analysis in the planning process; review shop and erection drawings for construction ease; study proposals to enhance the erection schedule; and analyze delivery sequences and schedules to minimize onsite storage requirements.
